Sierra was raised in Chandler and hasn’t left. She is the fourth generation of her family to have graduated from Chandler High School. She joined The Blau Company, she managed several restaurants including the Crepe Bar (Tempe) and Oregano’s (Tempe). She enjoys being in a rapidly changing environment and thrives in high-intensity situations.
After many years in customer-facing positions, she is enjoying learning the “back-of-the-house” side of running a business.
Sierra has three children (9, 4, and 8 months) to keep her busy. She enjoys cooking, and especially food science. For this past Christmas, Santa gave her a book on fermentation, and she looks forward to sharing her creations with the office.
